Serverless situational awareness for the tactical edge. TicTAK replaces the centralized TAK server with a peer-to-peer blockchain — every node carries the truth, every node verifies it cryptographically, every node operates through DDIL conditions where reach-back is impossible.

TAK was built around a server. When the server is unreachable — denied, jammed, or partitioned — situational awareness degrades or stops. In contested environments, that single point of failure is mission failure.

TicTAK eliminates the server entirely. Every operator’s device is a peer in a cryptographically verified mesh. Tracks, overlays, and chat propagate through the swarm and reconcile on reconnection. No reach-back required. No certificate authority required. No central coordinator required.

Peer-to-Peer Track Distribution

Every node is a peer. Tracks, chat, and overlays propagate through the mesh without a central server. Conflict-free reconciliation guarantees a coherent picture across partitions.

Quantum-Secure Signing

Every CoT message ML-DSA-87 signed. Track origin is cryptographically attributable; spoofed tracks are rejected at the receive layer. NIST FIPS 204 compliant from day one.

DDIL-Native Operation

Built for denied, degraded, intermittent, and limited connectivity. Local store-and-forward keeps the picture coherent through outages; reconnection reconciles divergence cryptographically.

Standards-Compatible Edge

Speaks Cursor-on-Target natively. Drops into existing ATAK, WinTAK, and iTAK clients without retraining. The blockchain layer is invisible to the operator — they see TAK; they get peer-to-peer.

DDIL — Disconnected Operation

Designed for denied, degraded, intermittent, limited environments. Local persistence and Merkle-anchored reconciliation. The picture stays coherent through outages and converges on reconnection.

ML-DSA — Quantum-Secure Signatures

Every CoT message ML-DSA-87 signed (FIPS 204). Track provenance is cryptographically verifiable; spoofed or replayed tracks are rejected at the receive layer.

ZERO — No Server, No CA, No SPOF
