Douglas Hamilton has joined the SPS Board of Directors and now serves as Chief Operating Officer. A former Special Operations Communicator with JSOC-level experience, Hamilton brings operational clarity, secure-communications expertise, and mission-focused leadership to SPS’s expanding portfolio. His background in tactical networking, defense program execution, and executive oversight positions SPS for scaled technical delivery across government and industry partnerships.
Joshua Cryer has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer. Cryer joins SPS with an extensive record of senior leadership across Naval Special Warfare, NATO’s Communications and Information Agency, L3Harris Technologies, and advanced technology firms. His experience in SATCOM architecture, emerging communications systems, and strategic technology development guides SPS’s long-range initiatives, including quantum-secure communications, software advancement, and cyber-resilience efforts.
Todd Robinson has been named Vice President of Software Development. A U.S. Army Network Communications Engineer and former team lead, Robinson brings deep experience in secure systems architecture, cyber operations, and full-spectrum network engineering. His leadership drives SPS’s software roadmap, including advanced secure-communications tooling and expanded Red Team–supported cyber-assessment capabilities.
